When does the course start and finish?
The course starts as soon as you register and ends when you end it! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. The Modules are released each month and once open you can access them as long as you are a member.
How long do I have access to the course?
Migration law changes and the information can be obsolete, thus, we need to update the information as necessary. If you subscribe for the one-time purchase, you will need to purchase a new one after you have finished all modules and have not lodged your application yet. If you subscribed for the monthly access, you have access every month that you pay - for the module of the month and the modules prior to that. Your access will be gone if you cancel or if membership payment failed.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! Contact us and tell us why.
Are refunds available if I am unhappy with the course?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 15 days and we will give you a full refund. After the 15th day, you can cancel anytime but refund will not be available.
I have access to Module 1, when will I get access to other Modules?
If you are an annual member, you will get access to the succeeding modules the following month. unless you request for it and pass the test to confirm you have understood the information in the preceding module/s. If you are a monthly member, you will get access to the succeeding modules the following month.
Do I have to or can I finish each module in one sitting?
Each Module is designed to be finished in one month with one Lesson per week under normal circumstances. You can access the modules as many times as you want as long as you remain a member.
